Nearshore Business Solutions SMS Program

1. Program Description
   Nearshore Business Solutions may send periodic SMS messages to subscribers who opt in. Messages may include updates about new services, recruitment opportunities, hiring guides, events, and client communication related to building and scaling teams in Latin America.

2. Opt-Out
   You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the short code. After you send “STOP,” we will send you a confirmation SMS to verify you have been unsubscribed. Once confirmed, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you wish to rejoin, you can sign up again and we will resume sending messages.

3. Support
   If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance. You may also reach us directly at support@nearshorebusinesssolutions.com.

4. Carrier Liability
   Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message Frequency and Charges
   Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from Nearshore Business Solutions and to us from you. You will typically receive up to 4 messages per month, depending on your preferences and engagement level. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
